Our stay was simply perfect - not only did we have a breathtaking beach view right from our room, but the cleanliness was impeccable. And let's talk about the location - it couldn't have been better! Plus, the pool was impressive, with its clean water and inviting warmth adding to the experience. thanks to the exceptional staff Mr. Nurun, the manager in charge, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, the bellboys, Mr. Angelo and Mr. Surish, provided outstanding service throughout our stay, adding to the overall positive experience.

I came with my son to celebrate his birthday, and although the notice to the hotel was very short, the team managed to arrange everything perfectly — and even beyond our expectations — in such a record time. From the very beginning, the manager Mr.Shahin and Mr. Ayush , as well as Mr. Mouaz, made sure that our stay was nothing less than excellent and comfortable. They were extremely supportive; they welcomed us warmly, made us feel at home, and completed all the check-in procedures quickly and efficiently. The hotel also surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake for my son once they learned about the occasion, which made the day even more special and memorable. They even took the time to follow up with us personally to ensure that our experience was going smoothly and up to standard. We had both lunch and dinner in our room, and each time the food was delivered promptly and was of outstanding quality. Breakfast was also delightful — delicious, well-presented, and with a wide variety that left us more than satisfied. Throughout our stay, every single staff member we interacted with treated us with the highest level of respect, courtesy, and professionalism. The swimming pool was another highlight. It was not only beautiful but also offered breathtaking views of the city, adding a magical touch to our experience and giving us moments of relaxation and joy. Overall, the hospitality we received exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire team made us feel like VIP guests, and I am truly grateful for their efforts, kindness, and dedication to service excellence. This is our second time staying here because we enjoyed it very much the first time. Everything from spacious room, comfort, view, cleanliness, service and facilities were great. The bellhop Ahmad was especially helpful during check in and check out and handled our many many items with the utmost care. From the facilities used, the rooftop restaurant is relaxing and has a nice view, also the spa provided a relaxing massage. We used this vacation to stay in a lot, so we used the great kitchen which includes kitchenware and was wonderful. Quick service was always provided as well. Thank you for an awesome stay and for always having a smile on your face!

My experience at the hotel was excellent in every aspect. The staff and the supervisor were exceptionally professional and friendly, and the stay was very comfortable with prompt responses to all requests. The apartment was spacious and clean, with everything prepared for the guest’s comfort. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and upon arrival, we were offered a warm welcome with complimentary fruits and sweets, which added a special touch. I truly thank them for their outstanding service.

Good arrangements, the kitchen stove is old and does not have labels. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is little bit far from the city center but this is not the main concern. Overall, I love to stay here as always.
